1. General conditions:

1. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service below. I, the artist, am not responsible if the client fails to read the given Terms of Service provided.
2. I am against NFTs and AI. I won’t do any commissions related to NFTs/AI. Selling or using my work as an NFT/AI is against my TOS.
3. I reserve the right to refuse any order request.

2. Payment

1. Payments cannot be refunded.
   1. Exception: I cannot start the commission and cancel the commission on my own terms.
2. Payment can be made in two ways:
   • [ ] Option 100: 100% prepayment
   • [ ] Option 50/50: 50% prepayment, the remaining 50% after delivery
3. Rush-Fee
   • [ ] +50% of total price
4. Unless not stated otherwise, my hourly rate is 40€ (Euros).

Paypal & Ko-fi specific:

• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
• If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again. </aside>

3. Process & Delivery

1. 💬 We discuss what you want your drawing to look like.
2. 📅 We discuss when I start and finish the drawing.
3. ✏ After we discussed the details, I start drawing the sketch/concept.
4. 📧 I send you the sketch/concept to make sure we both understood the goal.
5. 💬 Optional: You can make use of your included free revision here.
6. 💶 You either pay the 50/50 prepayment or 100 prepayment
7. 💶 Only applicable if you selected the rush-fee: You pay additional +50% of the total price.
